Vendor Portal has disabled the one time passcode(OTP) login method as of 6/8.

  1. If you are being routed to the OTP login screen after ISSO authentication, you are using the same ID as supplier portal access, a new registration email has been sent to your email account to recreate your ISSO user ID for Vendor Portal on 6/10, once that is completed, you will be able to login
  2. If you have already created your ISSO account, please use ISSO credential to login to https://opsportal.verizonwireless.com/sso
  3. If you have not registered your ISSO account, please look for an email with subject as “Verizon Vendor Portal ISSO Account Activation” from one-notification@verizonwireless.com
  4. If you are still having issues registering or using the new ISSO sign-on method, please reach out to your company's Vendor Portal Administrator
  5. If your android app auto-download did not work, please use https://opsportal.verizonwireless.com/vpm/download/vpm_ssona_21_03_121.apk
